Terms and Conditions

Payment terms are Net 30 Days, with approved credit.

To establish an account, supply one bank reference together with three trade suppliers. Please allow two to three days for account set-up.

Where no prior credit approval has been obtained, orders will be shipped C.O.D. unless payment has been made by approved credit card or check.

We reserve the right to request a deposit on all custom products. Custom products include any such item that does not appear as standard in our catalog, parts that have been cut to size, or parts that have been modified in any way, at customer's request.

Beemak Display Products makes no warranty of any kind, whatever, express or implied; and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, for a particular purpose, is hereby disclaimed by Beemak Display Products.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for testing these products, in the application for which they are to be used and all risk of liability and damages due to improper use of products.

Claims

Return Policy: Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by Beemak - Please call 1-800-421-4393 or 310-886-5880 for a Return Authorization Number to reference prior to returning any good to Beemak. There is a minimum 25% restocking charge on all returns.

Damage: If you receive a shipment with obvious carton damage, do not accept it. Request instructions from the carrier and notify Beemak immediately of any hidden damage. Damage claims to Beemak must be made within 7 working days of receipt.

Cancellations, Returns Etc.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service department immediately.

Cancellations are reviewed on a per-order basis, subject to review of material costs, production schedules and delivery expectations.

No returns of any kind will be accepted, after a period of 30 days from shipping date of order. A return authorization number must be obtained, prior to return of goods, and must accompany all authorized returns.

A re-stocking charge equal to 25% of all materials and services invoiced, together with all freight charges, will apply to all returns.
